Molly Cebula, LMSW (She/her/hers) is a fully licensed clinical social worker in the state of Michigan. She received her Bachelor’s of Science in Education from Central Michigan University and was an elementary school teacher for six years. Following this, Molly received her Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Michigan. Molly completed her social work internship at the University Center for the Child and Family (UCCF) and her post-MSW fellowship at Arbor Psychology Group, where she received additional training, and then remained there post-fellowship, working with children, adolescents, and families.

Molly has a special interest in working with anxiety, phobias, OCD, parent-child relationships, and adolescent identity development. She uses a range of approaches including child-led play therapy, expressive modalities, mindfulness, values-identification, and skills-based interventions, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, and Exposure/Response-Prevention. Molly uses a strengths-based, empathic approach while working with all clients. She believes in collaboration and strives to create a safe, supportive atmosphere while working with clients toward empowerment and resiliency.
