Better Beginnings

Come join new mothers for weekly, open discussions surrounding topics like sex/intimacy after birth, coping with normative new mom anxiety, feeding and sleep issues, and establishing routines (to name a few). Free!

Mondays at 10 AM (in-person)

Perinatal Fitness Class

Class is lead by Certified Personal Trainer, Alyssa Thomas. This is a 50-minute class that combines strength, cardio, and camaraderie. Designed to meet the needs of all fitness levels, including providing modifications and options for pregnant and postpartum women. Babies are welcome!

Equipment needed: A set of dumbbells (1 lighter set and 1 heavier set recommended), yoga mat (optional for floor work).
