Truc’s treatment approach blends evidence-based practices with a relational,human-centered approach. She draws from cognitive-behavioral strategies, insight-oriented work, and mindfulness-based techniques, always tailoring therapy to fit her client’s needs and goals rather than applying a one-size-fits-all model. She believes growth happens when insight meets action.
She strives to create a supportive, nonjudgmental therapeutic space where clients feel seen, heard, and respected. Grounded in genuine curiosity and deep respect for each person’s unique experiences and needs, she prioritizes building a strong therapeutic alliance and meeting clients exactly where they are in their journey.
