Stephanie Santo, LMSW (she/her) Stephanie is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with more than 14 years of experience providing therapy and mental health services to children, adolescents, adults, and families. She earned her Master of Social Work from Loyola University Chicago with specialized training in School Social Work and Child & Family Practice. Her professional experience includes outpatient therapy, telehealth, and school-based mental health, giving her a broad understanding of the challenges individuals and families face across different stages of life.
Stephanie works with children, adolescents, and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, grief and loss, life transitions, relationship concerns, stress, emotional regulation difficulties, and school- or work-related challenges. She has particular experience supporting adolescents with autism spectrum disorder, executive functioning difficulties, and behavioral concerns, while collaborating closely with parents, schools, and other professionals to provide coordinated, comprehensive care.
Stephanie's therapeutic style is warm, collaborative, and strengths-based. She integrates evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, mindfulness, and trauma-informed care, tailoring treatment to each client's individual needs, strengths, and goals.
