By purchasing or agreeing to purchase the packages/videos provided by Rise Wellness Collaborative, Ancoeur Wellness and Nutrition by Mel (hereinafter the “Wellness Packages”), you agree to be bound by these Terms, which form a binding agreement between you and the above listed entities. 

Eligibility

You must be 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction of residence, to purchase our Wellness Packages and access the videos and information provided therein. By purchasing the Wellness Packages, you confirm and agree that you meet this age requirement.

If you are the parent or guardian of someone under the age of 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction of residence, you are subject to these Terms and responsible for the minor’s activity and participation/use of the Wellness Packages. By allowing a minor to access and utilize the Wellness Packages, you assume all risks associated with the minor’s use of the Wellness Packages.
